Product description

The Slayer has been in Rocky’s line-up since 2001, with each iteration getting longer and slacker. The latest version sits firmly in the Freeride category best suited for riders that want a bike that can handle full days in the bike park or shuttle laps but aren't afraid of earning their turns by pedaling to the top. Occupying the space between DH and Enduro (the bike is dual crown compatible), it’s a big-mountain bike for those that are in the sport primarily for the downs. Capable of chewing up everything in its path whilst retaining a level of pop and play you don’t always get from a modern DH bike.

Bike Condition

This bike was part of our rental fleet for the 2024 summer season and has been expertly maintained by our team of highly-skilled mechanics throughout the season. All bikes go through an end of season service prior to sale which includes the following:

  • Frame fully inspected for cracks
  • Strip and rebuild frame (including cleaning and re-greasing bearings and pivots)
  • Fork lowers service
  • Consumables replaced if under 50% of life (brake pads, tires, drivetrain, bearings)
  • Other parts (grips, saddles, bars) replaced if needed, at our discretion

As this bike is ex-rental, cosmetic wear and tear (such as paint chips, scratched bars) is to be expected. All bikes sold are mechanically sound.
