Frequently asked questions


1.1 Is there a shipping cost to have skis delivered?

Yes, there is $75.00 + tax flat rate shipping fee to have the skis delivered to an address in Canada or the USA.

1.2 Where can you ship skis?

We can ship the product to any address in Canada and USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut).

1.3 How long will it be for my order to be delivered?

Please allow two to three weeks for your order to be delivered.

1.4 Can I pick-up the order in-store?

Yes, please unselect the shipping button on the purchase window and the product will be ready for pick-up at our store in 3 days from the purchase date.

1.5 Can you ship bikes?

Bikes are available for in-store pick-up only.

1.6 Can I return a product purchased online?

Yes, products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused and in the same condition as purchased with proof of purchase. There is no cost for returns in-store

Please contact us at [email protected] for a return shipping label.  Once the product has been returned in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price less $50.00 for shipping.

2.2 Are the bindings and DIN set on my skis?

No, please visit our store or see your local ski tech to have the binding and DIN set correctly.  Refer to our liability disclaimer.
