Shipping

Premium Mountain Rental is proud to offer shipping to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate $100.00 shipping fee to have the skis delivered to an address in either Canada or the USA.

Shipping Locations
We can ship the product to any address in Canada and USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut).

Shipping Methods
We ship using multiple options, with our preferred methods being UPS, Fedex or Canada Post. 

Delivery Times and Tracking
Due to current delays currently being experienced, please allow two to three weeks for your order to be delivered. Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you delivery by email.

Bike Shipping
Bikes are currently preferred pick up, but available for shipping to the Canada and the USA. Please contact us directly for more information or to organise shipping. 

Returns

Premium wants to make sure you are happy with the items you purchase and will gladly return items that do not meet your needs.

Returning Online Purchases
Yes, products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused and in the same condition as purchased.  This can be done either by making the return in store or shipping the product back to us

Cost of Return
There is no cost for returning items in-store. 

Returns related to the BC E-Bike Rebate Program
We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. If you are participating in the BC E-Bike rebate program please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Please contact us at [email protected] for a return shipping label.  Once the product has been returned in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price less $75.00 for shipping.
