By placing an order with us you agree that you are over 16 years old, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us.
The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed at www.premiummountain.ca. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside of Premium Mountain Rental LTD’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, Premium Mountain Rental LTD will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
PAYMENT
All products remain the property of Premium Mountain Rental LTD until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, an exchange for a product(s) of equal or higher value will be offered, alternatively the customer may opt for a full refund instead.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Premium Mountain Rental LTD reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Premium Mountain Rental LTD has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
